Fake and edited reviews are a real problem in the cleaning industry, and the ACCC's guidance on online reviews is clear that businesses must not publish misleading ones or hide the negative. We would rather show you an empty slot than a quote you cannot check.
In the meantime, the most useful evidence is a conversation. Ask us for a reference and we will connect you with a current client whose office is similar to yours, once they have agreed. Ten minutes on the phone with another office manager tells you more than any star rating.
You can also judge us on what we put in writing before you sign: a scope, a fixed price, our insurance certificate and the names of your cleaners. None of that relies on anyone taking our word for it.
Our publishing rules
How do you decide which reviews to publish?
We publish every genuine review a client agrees to share, positive or negative, and we never pay, trade or reward anyone for one. Each is copied word for word with a link to its source. If a review mentions a problem, we add a short reply explaining what we did about it rather than removing it.
No discounts, gifts or credits in return for a review, ever.
We do not ask only happy clients; every client can review us.
Reviews appear exactly as written, typos and all.
Criticism stays up, with what we changed as a result.
Talking to a reference
What should I ask a reference about their cleaners?
Ask about the ordinary weeks, not the first one. Any cleaner can impress on day one; what matters is whether the same people turn up in month six, whether problems get fixed without chasing, and whether the invoice ever changed without warning. Five plain questions cover most of it.
Has the team stayed the same, and were you told before anyone changed?
When something was missed, how long until it was put right?
Has the monthly figure matched the quote, with no surprise extras?
If you were choosing again tomorrow, would you pick the same company?
The fifth question is the one people forget: ask what they would change. A reference who can name one small thing, such as a bin run that took a few weeks to settle, is usually giving you a truer picture than one who says everything is perfect. We would rather you hear the small things now than find them after you sign.

Will you show before and after photos from real jobs?
Yes, as they are cleared for use. Before and after photos will come from real jobs only, taken on site, dated, and shared with the client's permission and any identifying details removed. We will not use staged shots or generated images to stand in for results, because a picture of work nobody did proves nothing.

No logos, screens, papers or people in shot, and only with the client's written approval.
Every end of lease and deep clean already produces a dated photo record for the client. Those records belong to the client, not to us, which is why they only appear here with permission. If you want to see the format before booking, ask and we will send a sample report with the details removed.

How can I check you out before I commit?
Ask for a quote and a reference at the same time. You will get a guide price inside two business hours, our insurance certificate, and an introduction to a current client with a similar office if they agree. There is no lock-in, so you can also try a month and judge the results yourself.
